Uniformed Officers Pension Plan

Plan Document Information

If you are a regularly employed sworn officer of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office who irrevocably elected to participate in the Plan on or before June 1, 2007 or were hired on or after June 1, 2007 and were last employed or re-hired before December 31, 2013. You are required to make mandatory contributions of 6% of your contribution.

Once you have contributed to this Plan for 30 years, no further contribution is required. You are not required or permitted to make other contributions to this Plan.
