Knox County Tennessee

Admiral Farragut Park

Admiral Farragut Park features a 9-hole mix of wooded and open fairways for the disc golfer, nature trails for the hiker/runner and plenty of shoreline for the angler. Nestled on the banks of the Tennessee River, the 23-acre park renders water access for both paddling and fishing.

Following the shoreline is a half-mile nature trail that winds through the forest to connect with Carl Cowan Park. The trail provides hikers with scenic views of the river from multiple rocky ledges. Along the route kids and pups can frolic in the shoreline surf.

The park, located at 9950 S. Northshore Drive, is open from dusk to dawn.
