Open Enrollment for 2023 Benefits
Open enrollment for 2023 benefits will run from October 17 – November 13, 2022. Benefits offerings will be considered declined for employees who do not select or decline coverage during the open enrollment window. This includes health, dental, vision, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and National Fitness discounted gym memberships. Both full-time and part-time employees are required to re-enroll in their respective benefits. Employees will not be automatically enrolled in coverage.
You can receive a printed copy of this guide by visiting the Benefits Department or at your workplace during open enrollment.
Rates and Employer Contribution
Employer and employee rates can be found on this sheet. Preferred and non-preferred medical rates are also listed. Non-preferred rates only apply to employees and spouses who have not completed the requirements for preferred rates by the deadline. See rates sheet for more details.
Dependent Eligibility & Verification
This chart shows the documentation required if you enroll new dependents on health insurance (not requested for dental and vision coverage).
