APPEAL IN PERSON BY APPOINTMENT: To schedule an appointment, please call (865) 215-2006. Appointments are available from April 17 - April 22 and from April 24 - April 29 at the following locations:
RESIDENTIAL - Cedar Bluff Library, 9045 Cross Park Drive

COMMERCIAL - City County Building, 400 West Main Street
APPEAL BY PHONE: You may appeal informally by phone. The phone number to appeal is (865) 215-3003.
APPEAL ONLINE: You may submit an online appeal by clicking the link above and following the instructions given.
PLEASE BRING YOUR NOTICE OF APPRAISAL TO YOUR INFORMAL HEARING. Additionally, please provide any evidence you feel will support your contention for a new appraised value or change in property classification. This may include photographs, appraisals, sales contracts, etc.
You should receive the results of your appeal by May 20, 2017. If you cannot attend a hearing or are not satisfied with the results of your hearing, you can schedule a hearing with the Knox County Board of Equalization starting June 1, 2017.
