Applications are taken between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

• Bring 2 sets of plans including a site plan. Commercial plans must be stamped by a State of Tennessee licensed Architect/Engineer.
  
• Obtain a certified address from M.P.C. ( Metropolitan Planning Commission 4th Floor) addressing department.>
  
  
• Bring a drainfield layout from the health department if the dwelling will be on a septic system.
