Welcome to the medical records division of the Knox County Health Department. The medical records area has a reception counter, computers, and staff to assist callers and patients.

Medical records staff direct calls for appointments, provide directions, prepare immunization records, and receives authorization for the release/request of medical records

Medical Records can be obtained with the proper authorization of patient or patient representative.

Medical records are filed in a central medical chart and sent to clinics interdepartmentally as needed by providers.
