Hannah Hopper, a native of Knoxville, serves as Chief of Staff for the Emerald Youth Foundation, a ministry serving young people in the heart of Knoxville.

Mrs. Hopper is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and holds a Master’s degree from Lipscomb University.

Prior to joining Emerald Youth, she worked for the City of Knoxville Mayor’s Office, Governor Bill Haslam, and for a leading local public relations company.

In addition to serving on the Election Commission, Mrs. Hopper serves on the board of directors for the Tennessee Memory Disorders Foundation.  She has also served on the board of directors for Berean Christian School, the Central Business Improvement District, and as a member of the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability. She is a member of the 2017 class of Leadership Knoxville, a member of the inaugural class of Leadership Tennessee NEXT, and a staff member with Volunteer Girls State.

She and her husband reside in North Knoxville and have one son.
