Attention Knox County Criminal Court Jurors

Please be advised that No. ADM2020-00428, concerning COVID-19 pandemic, was filed on November 17, 2020 by the Tennessee Supreme Court leaving courts open but suspending in-person jury trials through January 31, 2021. Therefore, if you have been assigned to a two-week jury service period for the Knox County Criminal Court, your jury service will need to be rescheduled. Please understand that although in-person court proceedings are temporarily postponed, your future jury service is still very much needed. We will do our best to accommodate your schedules.

The Knox County Criminal Court Clerks Office request summoned and scheduled jurors during this timeframe to do one of the following actions:

  1. Please visit our website and complete a new Juror Information Form, located at, you will be prompted to choose a 1st and 2nd choice for your preferred service period. Please select two from 2021, OR
  2. Call (865) 215-2492 and ask to speak with Jury Services, and we will gladly assist you over the phone with confirming a new two-week service period.
