Biography
Fred Sisk is a Knoxville native and a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Fred has an 18 year history in the Trustee’s Office providing a wealth of institutional knowledge. Fred has served as Knox County Trustee for the past year and has been active in the community with civic groups, schools, and neighborhood organizations. Fred makes his home in west Knoxville, is a member of First Baptist Concord Church, and is active in the Upward Sports Program.
