Small MS4 Annual Report Form 2011-2012
This is the standard annual report completed annually by Knox County and submitted to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC).
Knox County Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP):
This is a new document required by TDEC that details Knox County’s stormwater management program. Specifically, the SWMP outlines the best management practices (BMPs), programs and processes that Knox County will implement for each of the stormwater minimum control measures as outlined in the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
EPA Water Quality Scorecard:
This document was completed by Knox County departments to meet NPDES requirements. It is a tool Knox County can use to identify opportunities to remove barriers, and revise and create codes, ordinances and incentives for better water quality protection in Knox County.
Public Information and Education (PIE) Plan:
This is a new document required by TDEC that details Knox County’s education and information plan as it relates to stormwater. The PIE plan outlines Knox County’s efforts to inform citizens and business about stormwater pollution and actions that can be taken to lessen pollution contributions.
