What: A comment and question session about Knox County Stormwater's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit annual report covering July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012

Where: West Knoxville (Bearden) Branch Library - Community Room 100 Golf Club Road
Background: Knox County is permitted under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. As part of the reporting requirements, Knox County must submit an annual report that details what the County has done to fulfill permit requirements during the reporting period.
