Description:
Construction of a new 12,000 SF library facility. Design development has been completed . The design is in the construction document phase. The project team will be working on value engineering items in order to arrive at a construction estimate within budget. Construction Documents are 75 100 % complete and grading started April 21. Surveyors set property pins May 2. Professional Engin eers will be proof rolling the property to test the soil early May.PBA is working with Rentenbach on value/engineering items to get within budget.
