This project involves the renovation of one of two buildings, equaling 4,800 SF . The location of the site is on MLK Avenue. Because of a previous fire, the buildings must be completely renovated. A branch of the Knox County Health Department will relocate to one of these buildings. The groundbreaking was held June 27.
