Description:
The project consist of renovation of the existing Beck Home with the addition of a multipurpose room and limited library concept, which will focuses on the needs of the community.
Progress:
A kick-off design meeting for the Gateway Center was held August 30. Progress for the meeting room include: completion of split face CMU, permanent power, completion of the metal stud framing soffits, crossover walls are 95% complete, coping was delivered September 2 and HVAC ductwork rough-in is complete. Library progress includes: completion of framing/siding trim work, electrical is roughed-in, site work grading has mobilized and will commence once weather permits. Progress regarding the house include: HVAC connected feeder to panel L is pulled and terminated, termination of branch circuits for panel L and HVAC condensing unit for AC-4 is set and piped. The patching and insulating of walls is ongoing and sanding should be completed by September 2.
