Army ROTC to deliver plants to all 140 residents at Ben Atchley State Veterans Home

Background:  To commemorate the service of those veterans who currently reside at the Ben Atchley State Veterans Home, Knox County Mayor Mike Ragsdale and County Veterans Affairs Staff will join with UT's Army ROTC Cadets to deliver potted plants donated by Stanley’s Greenhouse to each of the 140 residents there.
