Knox County Law Director Joe Jarret recently served as one of the speakers during the dedication of the Veterans Memorial Highway, located in the Solway area of Knox County.

Daniel Sanders is the newest lawyer in the Law Director’s office.  Mr. Sanders is a lifelong resident of Knox County, having grown up in the Carter community and graduating from Carter High School.  Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Carson Newman College, where he doubled majored in Political Science and German.  He obtained his law degree from Liberty University in 2008.  An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Sanders enjoys camping, canoeing, kayaking and downhill skiing.

Mr. Sanders has accomplished much in a short period of time, and his contributions to the furtherance of providing quality legal services to Knox County government has not gone unnoticed.
