Free parking is available ONLY at the Dwight Kessel Metropolitan Parking Garage, located at State Street and Hill Avenue. You may park at other places at your own expense. You must have your parking ticket validated by the court clerk each day you appear before jury duty.

From West Knox County

Take I-40 East to the Downtown Exit (# 388) to Henley Street
Take a left onto Main Street (just past the Convention Center)
Take a right onto Gay Street
Take the next left onto Hill Avenue
Take a left onto State Street
The Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right.


From North Knox County

Take I-75 South to I-275 S toward Asheville
Take the US-441 ramp toward Henley Street and merge onto Henley Street
Take a left onto Main Street (just past the Convention Center)
Take a right onto Gay Street
Take the next left onto Hill Avenue
Take a left onto State Street
The Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right.


From East Knox County

Take I-40 West to the Downtown/Univ. of Tennessee/James White PKWY exit (#388A)
Merge onto TN-158 W (which will become Neyland Drive)
Take a right onto Walnut Street (across from Calhoun’s Restaurant)
Take a right onto Hill Avenue
Take a left onto State Street
The Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right.


From South Knox County, Chapman Highway

Take Chapman HWY north toward downtown (this will become Henley Street as you cross the Henley Street bridge)
Take the first right past the bridge onto Hill Avenue
Take a left onto State Street
The Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right.


From South Knox County, Alcoa Highway

Take Alcoa HWY north and merge onto I-40 East
Take the Downtown Exit (# 388) to Henley Street
Take a left onto Main Street (just past the Convention Center)
