Refugee and Immigrant Services:

KCHD provides vaccinations and other services as required by the U.S. Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly INS). The costs associated with these services vary.

To provide the most complete services, the Preventive Health Clinic Staff requests records of past vaccinations, I-94 cards, passport, VISA, and medical documents. International Office of Migration (IOM) paperwork is mandatory to receive services. More information regarding refugee and immigrant services can be retrieved from the following websites:
