The Knox Breastfriends Group is a support group for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. The group meets on the third Thursday of the month at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Burlington Branch Library, located at 4614 Asheville Highway, and the first Monday of the month at 6 p.m. in the upstairs lobby at Lisa Ross Birth & Women's Center, 1925 Ailor Avenue.
Come join the group for songs, smiles, and light snacks as breastfeeding mothers support each other through discussion, special speakers and lively conversation concerning breastfeeding topics. Older children are welcome, with supervision, along with the very small participants!
