Do you have someone in your family, your church or your neighborhood that is homebound but still wants to vote? Have them call the Knox County Election Commission at 865-215-2480 and we will make arrangements to have a ballot mailed to their home. Anyone who is over 60 or who have a disability could be qualified. Have them call today. Leave a message if it is after hours. We'll call you back.
