County Signage Regulations

Here are portions of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance, as amended through May 29, 2007. Note 3.90.02(F) which prohibits signs from being placed in any public right-of-way. Also note paragraph 3.90.02(H)(6) which gives some direction for campaign signs on private property. Then see 3.90.05 regarding temporary signs.
