The Knox County Mayor's Office has provided management's response to the draft review of the hospitality account to County Commission's Internal Auditor. The response addresses the audit's findings and recommendations about the fund, which was established in 2002 to allow private and corporate donations for events "that were appropriate for Knox County's participation, but where the Mayor's Office preferred not to use tax dollars."
