"In our continuing effort to keep the public informed and to provide transparency in government, we are adding our fleet records to the procurement card files and budget files that we are already making available on our website. These records are updated annually, For vehicles where mileage is recorded, like dump trucks and other service vehicles, that mileage total changes daily. However, we are not able to provide that in real time as we only update the records when vehicles are serviced. We will keep the files that we post here on the website as current as possible. We note that the records do not include the vehicles assigned to the Sheriff's narcotics unit for security reasons."
