From West Knox County:
Take I-40 East to the Downtown Exit (# 388) to Henley St, from Henley take a left into downtown on Main St. just past the Convention Center. Then take a right onto Gay St and take a left onto Hill Avenue which is the next left. Then take a left onto State St. and the Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right. From North Knox County:
Take I-75 South to I-275 S toward Asheville, take the US-441 ramp toward Henley Street and merge onto Henley St. From Henley take a left into downtown on Main St. just past the Convention Center. Then take a right onto Gay St and take a left onto Hill Avenue which is the next left. Then take a left onto State St. and the Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right. From East Knox County:
Take I-40 West to the Downtown/Univ. of Tennessee/James White PKWY exit (#388A) and merge onto TN-158 W which will become Neyland Dr. Then take a right onto Walnut St. (which is a large hill up into downtown) across from Calhoun’s Restaurant, take a right onto Hill Avenue which runs in front of the City County Building. Then take a left onto State St. and the Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right. Please remember to bring your parking ticket to the KCCD office with you to be validated. From South Knox County, Chapman Highway:
Take Chapman HWY north toward downtown, this will become Henley St as you cross the Henley St bridge and take the first right past the bridge onto Hill Avenue, this will take you past the City County Building. Then take a left onto State St. and the Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right. Please remember to bring your parking ticket to the KCCD office with you to be validated. From South Knox County, Alcoa Highway:
Take Alcoa HWY north and merge onto I-40 East, take the Downtown Exit (# 388) to Henley St, from Henley take a left into downtown on Main St. just past the Convention Center. Then take a right onto Gay St and take a left onto Hill Avenue which is the next left. Then take a left onto State St. and the Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is immediately on your right. Directions from Dwight Kessel Parking Garage to KCCD Office:
The Dwight Kessel Parking Garage is on the corner of Hill Avenue and State Street, go up Hill Avenue toward Gay St. and the City County Building is the large, top heavy building in front of you. Continue on Hill Avenue until you come to the entrance to floor L1 under the covered walkway spanning Hill Avenue. Once you enter, the elevators are on the left around a corner. The KCCD Office is on the 3rd floor and once off the elevator go to the downtown side of the building, not the Tennessee River side. The KCCD Office is down the hallway on your right, Suite 339.
