Jury Information

Jury Term : Jury Service is for 9 working days, unless otherwise instructed. Juries are used Monday through Friday of the first week and Monday through Thursday of the second week. Jurors should arrive by 8:45am to be in the court they are assigned.

Parking : Jurors may park in the Dwight Kessel Parking Garage at Hill and State Street. The the Dwight Kessel Garage charges $5.00 per day for parking. Jurors will be reimbursed $5.00 per day for parking. Click here for map (pdf)

Juror Fees : Jurors are paid $11.00 each day that they report. Jurors are given a County Warrant the last day of jury service which can be cashed at the County Trustee's Office. A certificate of attendance is available for juror's employers and can be obtained from the Clerk's office.

Jurors are to report to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. After 5:00pm each day the jurors should call the appropriate number for the division they are assigned for jury instructions for the next day. Make sure to follow only the instructions of the division to which you are assigned.
