After Hours Filing Information
In order to better serve the public The Knox County Circuit Court Clerk has an after hours filing box located on floor L-1 of the City-County Building. However, new complaints and orders CANNOT be accepted in the after hours filing box.
If a Complaint requires after hours filing to meet the statute of limitations, please call 640-2223, 257-0904 or 254-0787.
