Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving $1500.00 in funding from the Friends of the Knox County Public Library to Knox County Health Department's Start Smart program.  The funding will be used to purchase a six month supply of "Building Your Baby's Brain".  This book is one of the items in a toolkit that is provided to parents who attend the Start Smart class.
