(NHI) in the amount of $283,614.00 for the development and administrative expenses of 4 single family homes to be located in the River Meadows Subdivision in Mascot.  These are Federal Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) set-aside funds under the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program.

18.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a contract agreement with Helen Ross McNabb, Inc. in the amount of $295,000.00 for the construction of eight units of supportive housing for Veterans located at 4821 Coster Road.  These are reprogrammed and unprogrammed Federal HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program funds.

19.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a $500,000.00 reduction in the Indigent Care Program contract.  The total amount of the Indigent Care Contract for the period beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014 is $4,250,000.00.

20.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a $585,400.00 Grant Contract between the State of Tennessee Department of Health and The Goverment of Knox County DBA Knox County Health Department for the provision of National Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness and Public Health Emergency Preparedness.  Contract period beginning on July 1, 2013 and ending on June 30, 2014.
